@MehranHosseini None in particular! I suppose you could pick some benchmark(s) and ask what country the team that produced the model that does best is based in. You could just by revenue or users among popular models or major AI companies or industry numbers overall.

Overall I think this is a tricky one to judge, and there might be many reasonable ways to operationalize it. "Ahead in the AI race, as measured by..." would be my basic framing for thinking about it.
