This question will resolve to "Yes", if by January 1 2023, (according to Russian official sources or the general consensus of global media reports) Russian citizen Edward Snowden joins Russian Army as a part of partial mobilisation, general mobilisation, draft or volunteering.
Otherwise, this will resolve to "No"

There's nothing in the news about him other than a couple of hypothetical thinkpieces about how he could get drafted and how funny that would be, but no signs or indication he actually has been.
