How is this possible with much less than half the turnout of 2020? I'm struggling to believe this fact is possible, unless it's referring to relative turnout or something.

@DanMan314 Maybe it’s referring to share of total vote, not absolute raw turnout? A lot of white Dem leaning voters are holding out for Nikki Haley in the GOP primary.
