After a bunch of negative experiences after drinking it, I suspect that Volvic "Touch of Fruit Summer Fruits Sugar Free" is exacerbating my ADHD symptoms - either by directly affecting my brain or gut microbiome in some way that causes ADHD symptoms, or by somehow making my ADHD medication (guanfacine) fail to work.
After I review the research literature on Google Scholar, and experiment on myself by consuming different foods and drinks that contain a subset of these ingredients, which ingredient will I blame the most for these problems?
