Apparently the Ukrainian government is discussing the possibility of mobilizing Ukrainians living abroad. Will it result in an official order issued before 2024-02-01 for some categories of Ukrainians living abroad to return to the country and be mobilized?

@chrisjbillington Thanks. I'm not at all sure about 30% within January, but single digits seemed too low, with all the discussions and Estonia even stating they would assist in mobilizing Ukrainians there.
@PS Well, there are many statements in there from Estonia, including some hedged statements about it being hard to refuse, and others that push more the other way. All in all not saying much I think.
What price would you bet at? Feel free to set a limit order yourself, I've brought mine down to 20%.
