This question will resolve YES if any state WITHOUT a democratic trifecta (democrat control of both legislative chambers and governor) passes a pro-LGBT+ bill, as defined by this tracker, by the end of the year. Resolutions do not count. If the tracker stops existing, I will resolve based on reputable media reports.
