On June 30, 2025, the Court granted certiorari, vacated and remanded Folwell v. Kadel (adult care/coverage) and Stitt v. Fowler (birth-certificate sex markers): Docket for 24-99 and Docket for 24-801 . These were GVR orders, not full merits hearings; I read the written grant-cert criterion as including them, but that distinction deserves explicit review.
