My watch has a very optimistic race predictor of 1 hour, 43 minutes and 26 seconds for this distance but I have been travelling a lot recently and have not trained as much as I would have liked.

I completed a 23km Trail run (with much more elevation than the upcoming one) two weeks ago in 2:42:40 and struggled a lot so I am looking at improving upon that.
