The U.S. constitution allows the vice-president, together with the cabinet, to declare the president unable to serve.
If this mechanism is used to create a coup during the 21st century, this market resolves to YES.
@BTE of course can be a coup. The constitution qualifies that this should be used when the president is unfit. But obviously the president can be fit and nonetheless deposed by the cabinet.
