@traders Is an unsigned dismissal "unanimous dissent"?

@EvanDaniel Creator hasn’t been active since May. Commenters (and me!) are on the same page that this should resolve NO.

@oh Resolved No accordingly.

@Eban Could you clarify how this will resolve? Can it resolve now?

@EvanDaniel I resolved this market on June 30. Is it showing differently for you?

@mndrix It looks to me like it is closed, but not resolved.

@EvanDaniel Oops. I confused this with my own, similar market. This one belongs to someone else. Sorry for the noise.

unanimous dissent is an oxymoron. You mean unanimously overturning the lower court's decision? Per curiam makes it probable but not entirely clear that there was unanimity

predicted NO

The case was vacated and remanded in a per curiam opinion. I would say this is not unanimous dissent?

Which side is the dissent side? Remove 230 or keep?

@Vortex the case is challenging the merits of 230 on the basis of their case, so to be in unanimous dissent would be to keep the laws as they are now.

@Eban Thx

Unanimous dissent Perhaps?

@JimHays was correcting it as I got this noti, thanks
