@traders Is an unsigned dismissal "unanimous dissent"?

@EvanDaniel Creator hasn’t been active since May. Commenters (and me!) are on the same page that this should resolve NO.

unanimous dissent is an oxymoron. You mean unanimously overturning the lower court's decision? Per curiam makes it probable but not entirely clear that there was unanimity

The case was vacated and remanded in a per curiam opinion. I would say this is not unanimous dissent?

@Vortex the case is challenging the merits of 230 on the basis of their case, so to be in unanimous dissent would be to keep the laws as they are now.
