I considered closing the question with a YES, but after reviewing news sources I am leaving the question open. The decision today by Judge Engoron reinstates the second gag order. The question will be closed to a yes if/when commits a new act that forces any judge/court to issue a new order to Gag Trump.

@CivilizedGuy I appreciate your comment here because it is not what I would expect from the market title. Issuing a new gag order does not, in itself, seem like a punishment (like a fine or jail) for violating a gag order.
