Resolves to 100% for a candidate if they win 50%+1 vote and there is no 2nd round.
Resolves 50-50 to the two advancing candiadates if there is a 2nd round.
The first round is scheduled for 10-10-2023. I will resolves this according to major media coverage (Most likely the Economist's World in Brief). All (imo) major candidates are listed - if you feel I should add anyone else, please let me know!

with now 73% of the vote counted, I feel confident in calling the first round for Weah (43.8%) and Boakai (43.5%) - there are not enough Weah votes left in his southern strongholds to make up 7%. Boakai even though seemingly flipping the peripheral counties of Monrovia does not have enough votes left either. With 12% going towards other candidates will see the current results hold, with Weah likely to have a slight edge in the final count. Both advance to the runoff.
MONROVIA, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Vote counting was underway in Liberia on Tuesday during an election in which President George Weah is seeking a second term after six years marred by corruption allegations and abiding economic hardship in Africa's oldest independent republic.
I will resolves this as soon as the official results are announced. If the preliminary official results are decisive I might resolve it earlier too.
