As of May 2024, SpaceX and FAA are going through the Environmental assessment to clear SpaceX Starship rocket to be launched from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. It is anticipated that for Artemis III mission both launch location will be used.
This question will resolve positively as soon as an orbital launch is attempted with Starship+Superheavy rocket from a launch pad in Kennedy Space Center. The question resolves positively even if the launch fails after the takeoff. Suborbital launches do not count.
I do not bet on my own questions.

No ships or boosters in Florida and barging them there is likely to take a week.
Not sure if a ship and booster is ready enough yet (neither ship nor booster has been static fired but maybe this isn't needed). No launch licence for this yet (current one says it is for flight 14 only) but maybe they could launch a ship to catch it in Florida then launch it again within 24 hours. However I don't see how they could get a booster to Cape Canaveral and launch it from there before 2026-10-01.
Also doubt pad 39A can be made ready within 2 days and getting propellants sufficient for a launch might also be an issue but these seem minor compared to problem of getting a booster to Florida in a couple of days.
