@Adam I agree. Of the four car lanes, two are completely down, and the other two have been narrowed to a single lane for safety, with car traffic only crossing the remaining span, one direction at a time. The deck of the two destroyed lanes has completely collapsed. It might be possible to patch by the end of the year, but I would guess not to the original strength.
