reddit thinks 8sleeps break *very often* which.. involves water spilling out I think? and requires a replacement of at least a part. I am not sure how good customer support is about this.

I definitely want to try a sleep thermostat like this out. Some of the deepest sleep I've had was when I moved into my previous sublease with no blanket and this makes me think that I should sleep colder - but I think it's hard to hit that precisely using only sheets/blankets without risking getting too cold
