Will Japan release Fukushima water before Sep. 15?

Japan has been preparing to release water from the nuclear plants in Fukushima, which were destroyed by a tsunami in 2011.

Progress has been made, as the IAEA gave the green light to the release in July [1]. Discussions with Seoul have also shown some progress . However, the Korean public remains dissatisfied [2]. Additionally, China is of course opposed to this plan.

Tokyo is now planning to start releasing the water by early September [3].

Do you think it's possible? I will resolve this as YES if Tokyo actually start releasing the water before the market closes. No otherwise.
