There has been a lot of discussion in the media about the EU using the "Media Freedom Act" to punish Elon Musk's Twitter. I just discovered that this Act has not been made into EU law yet.
Will the EU find a basis to bring charges against Twitter by July 1, 2023?
Resolves midnight on July 2nd Brussels time if NO, on the theory that media reports might lag prosecutor announcements by 24 hours, and as soon as proof is posted to the comments if YES.
