Resolves YES if any law or regulation is passed forcing (at least some) social media platforms to pay for displaying (at least some kind of) journalistic content in their feeds, AND this regulation is in force by the National Day of the Press (June 1st).
For this market, I will count Google News and similar platforms as "social media" in a broad sense.
If regulation passes but is suspended by any sort of legal action on the closing date, or if it is still in a phasing-in period when platforms are not forced to pay for content yet, those count as NO.
