YES

Texas Federal Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk granted a request for a national injunction which had the effect of banning mifepristone usage nation wide. A appellate panel of the fifth circuit partially upheld the injunction as to a more recent FDA decision to expand access to the drug, while staying a reversal of the original 2000 FDA decision to approve the drug.

Will the Supreme Court intervene to fully stay the district court's injunction? This will resolve YES if mifepristone is fully available, same as before the district court ruling. If the Court allows any part of the injunction to stand and blocks the usage of mifepristone in any way, then this will resolve NO.
