Will resolve to my current view on the topic at the end of June. I'm currently leaning quite strongly no, having read Post's work on the subject. (https://philpapers.org/rec/POSCIA-2) I believe the Poiseuille Equation might be one option and I'll look into that more. But the standard examples are very clearly not convincing to me. Feel free to attempt to give examples if you feel the answer is yes. I will not bet on this market.
