NO

The protest is defined to end when there's no news about any ongoing protest on campus at Columbia University in Associated Press for a week. (I'm open to suggestions for any better method of defining the conclusion of the protests)

The ceasefire must be acknowledged by both Israel and Hamas.

Resolution Criteria:

  • Based on the above definitions, the market resolves to YES if a ceasefire is announced before Columbia Protests end.

  • The market resolves to NO if protest is called off before a ceasefire is announced.

Will extend trading period if required.

@MananRainaKumar Its been 8 days since NYPD suppressed Protesters ; NYPD has maintained control of the campus.
"Last week, at the request of the university, the New York Police Department was called in to dismantle an encampment that demonstrators had set up on school grounds resulting in hundreds of arrests. Police also cleared protesters who had taken over a building on the campus."
