@yard Cannot happen. It takes 90 days to schedule an election from the dissolution of the government, and the Knesset comes back from summer recess in mid-October. By then it's less than 90 days until the end of the year.

Orthodox parties plan on dissolving the parliment [0], US is trying to stop it (Huckabee specifically) using Iran as the reasoning [1]. There has to be some complicated arb with will Israel strike Iran [2]. But I don't know what it is.
