@Lemming The latter. If the 37th gov't remained a caretaker Thirty-seventh government of Israel - Wikipedia that's still the current 37th govt, not the next govt. I should have asked explicitly about the 38th government.

To be clear, "in the government" means having a cabinet position, correct? And not just being part of a party in the coalition?

@UnspecifiedPerson No it means being a member of the government. You don't have to be a minister. Of course in practice, these guys are all likely to have a portfolio if they are in the government.
