just checking, does this resolve when the first quarter ends, or can it resolve at any point later if the 2nd quarter of the program has its cap removed?

@Stralor keep in mind the 'quarter' ends some random day in may, its not a real quarter

ill resolve this a few days after the first partnership period ends to allow for any announcements / updates
