Context: USC cancels 2024 commencement ceremony

The University of Southern California announced Thursday that it will cancel its main graduation ceremony, planned for May 10, 2024, due to "new safety measures."

Resolves YES if USC decides to hold an in person ceremony, and Resolves NO on May 10th if USC is still not holding a commencement ceremony.

@NicoDelon I don't think a "Trojan family graduate celebration" is a commencement—schools hold all sorts of celebrations during graduation weekend, & many of those weren't cancelled in the first place (just commencement), throwing people a bone with an extra celebration doesn't seem too relevant. (i've sold out anyways since don't want to deal w/ resolution here so have no stake here but imo it wouldn't count)

@Ziddletwix I’m inclined to agree. Though note that the event is listed under Commencement events (which isn’t a single event) by USC itself. https://commencement.usc.edu/2024/05/02/usc-commencement-update/
