@Joshua Why would it resolve now? She could still recuse herself before Jan 1. It seems highly unlikely, so the probability here seems fine or if anything too high, but I don't see how the question has been resolved.
@AdamTreat Well yeah. It will clearly eventually resolve as NO, that's why I hold that position. I'm just not clear why it should resolve now.
@EvanDaniel "The market will resolve by January 1, 2024." and there is nothing preventing it resolving sooner. The question has been decided. She will not recuse herself. I see no harm in resolving now that we know the answer.
