@drcat 146 recusals in the 2022-2023 term where they heard around 60 cases (can't find the number of cases they didn't grant cert to). https://fixthecourt.com/ has this google sheet tracking each recusals in the last term. Justice Thomas seems to only recuse himself when he's directly named in recent years. He did recuse himself in United States v. Virginia because his son was enrolled in VMI.
