jetBlue Airways ranked 55th.
Down from 41st in 2022.
Southwest ranked 60th.
Down from 35th in 2022.
When Skytrax releases its 2024 rankings, which airline will have the superior ranking?
Example: In 2023, jetBlue would have won.
You can learn more about their methodology here. AFAIK, it is based on customer satisfaction surveys on a wide array of categories.
My guess is the list will be released sometime around June. If no ranking is released in 2024, this market resolves N/A.
