Days which contribute are [4/18/24, 5/18/24]. Resolves to the number of days in which I hit my goals during this time period.

Each day I'm looking to:

  • Out of bed before 7AM

  • Workout a minimum of 20 minutes

  • Meditate at-least 10 minutes

  • Read for 30 minutes

  • Play no video games

  • Less than 1hr of screen time on phone

For a day to count as a success every goal has to be completed.

Will be tracking in this Google Sheet daily.

What does screen time mean? Are you gonna only count social media + leisure apps (and not a video call, or gmail if you use it for work)?

Android screen time counter. Agree checking emails is productive, but it's always faster and more focused on a laptop (almost everything is), so would rather I just stop doing it on my phone. Don't think calls/streaming music/etc actually run up the counter from my experience today.
