Days which contribute are [4/18/24, 5/18/24]. Resolves to the number of days in which I hit my goals during this time period.
Each day I'm looking to:
Out of bed before 7AM
Workout a minimum of 20 minutes
Meditate at-least 10 minutes
Read for 30 minutes
Play no video games
Less than 1hr of screen time on phone
For a day to count as a success every goal has to be completed.
Will be tracking in this Google Sheet daily.
I'll only bet a token stake on yes, 25-31d.

Android screen time counter. Agree checking emails is productive, but it's always faster and more focused on a laptop (almost everything is), so would rather I just stop doing it on my phone. Don't think calls/streaming music/etc actually run up the counter from my experience today.
