Based on my research, OpenAI submitted several works to the conference but nothing significant, due to the bad resolution criteria I will resolve this as NA.

I honestly think this was a terrible market. I could have added some words to the description to clarify how I would resolve this. I wanted to ask if OpenAI is planning something somewhat significant for NeurIPS. Should I resolve based on this, or should we NA?
