Resolves yes if there is an agreement involving Russia to let ships come into Ukrainian ports and export grain. Otherwise, it doesn't have to be substantially similar to the initial grain deal, nor be explicitly called the "Black Sea Grain Initiative" or "Grain Deal".
Upd: If an agreement is reached and formalized before the deadline but only comes into force after it, this still resolves yes.
Upd2: The question resolves when/if an agreement is signed. An informal announcement, even by Putin, is not sufficient.
