I respect the speed with which you got this market up but I'm not sure these are the right terms to use here?

The lawsuit asks the court to stop Apple from engaging in current practices, including blocking cloud-streaming apps, undermining messaging across smartphone operating systems and preventing the creation of digital wallet alternatives. It also asks for Apple to pay an unspecified financial penalty.

It’s unclear what implications the suit — which is likely to drag out years before any type of resolution — would have for consumers.

@NFL In particular, Apple wouldn't be found "guilty", as it's not a criminal trial.

@Joshua I believe there might be a possibility for a ruling (similar to the ebook case) as it pertains to the antitrust allegations spelt out in the request for relief. But I'll adjust if necessary.

@NFL Gotcha. Yeah I think more specific criteria would be helpful but I admit I don't have any specific suggestions of how to improve it. Markets about legal stuff are really tough.
