This is the boolean version of this market.

  • A dismissal counts as a SpaceX victory

  • A settlement is a DoJ victory if SpaceX pays the alleged victims or a fine to any regulatory body

  • A judgement where SpaceX accepts wrongdoing or changes their hiring practices is a DoJ victory even if they don't pay fines or backpay

A U.S. judge has blocked the U.S. Department of Justice from pursuing an administrative case accusing Elon Musk's SpaceX of illegally refusing to hire refugees and asylum recipients.

I think in spirit this is the same a a dismissal - a higher court has intervened and ruled that the case even being heard is invalid.

The real win for everyone would be if they get ITAR reformed
