Seems like a good candidate, but 80% seems a bit high when he hasn't even confirmed that he'll run. Or have I missed the news?

@Fion I've changed my mind. He says he's seriously considering it, and lots of senior figures have come out to support him. I guess he's just waiting to make sure he has enough support before running, maybe having conversations with Kate Forbes to try and avoid a contest.

Given how many of the attacks on Yousaf were based on competence, having a very experienced leader seems like a good thing for the party. And the Greens like him much better than Forbes so he'll have an easier time working with parliament.
