This market resolves to "YES" if, between Feb 8 2024 and May 8 2024, Al Jazeera English (aljazeera.com) publishes an article making the counter-claim that there is evidence that US government/Pentagon biological research programs that involve research on local populations have been or are operating in Africa at any time from Jan 1 2023.
Resolution will be based on whether Al Jazeera publishes this claim, not on judgement of whether such a claim is valid. Opinion pieces published by Al Jazeera are excluded.
