TCG-Con is a trading card gaming convention series that has been running tournaments and then not paying out their advertised prizes nor the people they hired to run those events. I wrote up a report on their behavior and warned people away from their future conventions. They didn't like this, and threatened to sue me.
This resolves YES if they start a lawsuit. (Does not include a threatening letter from a lawyer, has to actually be a real case.) Otherwise resolves to NO at the end of March.
(Will not re-resolve if they sue me later, this is about one right now. If I find out about it late, I'll go by the filing date.)
