If the text either explicitly shows her coming to her own conclusions or refers to her having done so off-screen before speaking to Aspexia or acting outside mailol/Subirachs orders, then the market will resolve to YES.
Otherwise the market will resolve to NO.

I can see a case for NO resolution, because we saw they didn't do so in response to the choice presented by the Asmodia situation and then got taunted by SS by it, and the market could be read as being specific to that choice, because it references it and lacks any other clear upper bound.
I don't like betting on how a resolver will handle ambiguity (I'm not convinced I have a comparative advantage in predicting this, especially given varying preference to interpreting-the-way-people-think-you-are amongst resolvers) so I've not put money on this either way.
@jbeshir As a curse, Snack Service is arguably internal to Pilar, so I interpreted the question as: "Which happens first? Does Pilar come up with a new policy herself and/or act outside the bounds of her orders (YES), or does she consult her superiors for updated orders (NO)?" The answer to that question is clearly YES.
Fair point about not wanting to bet on ambiguous cases, though; the question I read and bet on wasn't quite the question that @Dark wrote.
@EndoviorE @jbeshir I did mean what Endovior interpreted, but I am sympathetic to jbeshir's point on phrasing. I'll endeavor to use more precise phrasings in future markets.
