The DFINITY Foundation alleges that The New York Times knowingly and malicously published false information about the DFINITY blockchain at their launch, which contributed to the supression of its token price.
Further, DFINITY claims that the original research upon which the New York Times article was predicated was itself funded by an unnamed billionaire (maybe alleging Sam Bankman-Fried?).
