@FergusArgyll I don't see any indication that this was intended to be "does it go to the SC by close date", and close dates are frequently used in arbitrary and/or unintentional ways, so I extended it.

@FergusArgyll My interpretation of the extremely limited available info is that the best answer is to leave it open until the case either gets on the SC docket or ends in some way that doesn't include that.

By docket do you mean granting a petition for certiorari? What if they make some ruling before cert does that count as yes?

I’d argue this is one of the most important cases of the decade. I don’t know how it could go any other way
