You own the core MNX product across web and mobile. You have a strong eye for design and care about the details people notice before they can explain what’s wrong. You’ll decide what needs improving, design the solution, and ship it. When you find a bug or a clumsy interaction, you take responsibility for fixing it.
This is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Own the web and mobile experience end to end, from product decisions and design through implementation and polish
- Make complex trading workflows clear, intuitive, and visually sharp
- Sweat the details: typography, spacing, responsiveness, loading states, error messages, and interactions
- Proactively find and fix bugs, rough edges, and inconsistencies across the platform
- Use coding agents and modern AI tools to build, test, and ship improvements
- Use the product yourself, listen to users, and decide what deserves attention next
What we're looking for
- Excellent design taste and examples of work that show it
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for what you ship
- Strong product judgment: you can spot what’s confusing, decide what matters, and make it better
- High agency and follow-through; you identify problems and carry fixes through without waiting for a ticket
- Familiarity with modern agentic workflows and the ability to turn an idea into a working product
- No engineering or CS background required
