Will an eligible natural disaster affect Wilmington?
Resolves the same as the original on Kalshi.
Resolution criteria
If a hurricane of 96 mph is recorded at Wilmington, North Carolina; a tornado, flood, or flash flood warning is issued; or an earthquake of at least magnitude 5 occurs 50 miles away, then the market resolves to Yes.
