New England is a region comprising six states in the Northeastern United States:
Connecticut
Maine
Massachusetts
New Hampshire
Rhode Island
Vermont
In order for market to resolve as YES, all states and districts within New England must vote as a unified bloc. Either they must ALL vote for the Democratic presidential nominee or the Republican nominee. This includes the Congressional Districts in Maine.
