We clearly made the right choice to partner with Microsoft and I’m excited that our new board will include them as a non-voting observer.

@firstuserhere In theory, "our new board "will" include" seems to mean Microsoft hasn't gotten a board seat yet but it will. Personally I am okay with resolution as long as it is re-resolved if things break down.
