If Biden loses the 2024 election and as a result claims that he lost due to there being enough electoral fraud in the election to change the results from what should have been a victory for him, this market will resolve to yes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to no.

EDIT: This should be obvious and this is how other "if" markets work, but I apologize for not clearly stating it in the rules, my bad. If Biden wins the 2024 election, this market will resolve as N/A.
