The Bundestag election will be repeated on February 11th in parts of Berlin. I think there's some chance that its outcome might change the makeup of the current Bundestag in some small way, but I haven't actually tried to figure that out.

The mechanism is interesting: Turnout was so low in Berlin's repeat election compared to the election in the rest of Germany. Seats that were previously assigned to Berlin now were redistributed to other states, but within the same party.
The FDP simply lost a seat they had barely won before.
