It's hard to dig through or link to any of 2700 comments, but I remember Martin Randall deciding lots of tiny things and Conflux not deciding anything until just now.

The best example: @MartinRandall decided in Discord to reopen the market when it incorrectly closed, and @Sinclair posted this decision of the council in the main market and executed the decision. So it was probably Martin, and if not Sinclair.

@Mira but Sinclair is not a member of the council, and right after his message Conflux started to clarify decisions made by the council in the replies to the next comment, i think i can find it

@Catnee Technically this market's description does not require the poster be a member of the council, only that the decision be the council's.
