Resolves NO. As of September 2022, Article 16 had not been triggered (and, from some cursory research, I don't believe it has been triggered since then either - certainly not before June 1, 2022.)
...or, well, I tried to resolve it to NO. I got "APIError: User is not creator of contract" despite being Trustworthy-ish. Tagging @DavidChee to resolve this instead.
(Unambiguous resolution criteria have been met, it has been more than 7 days, and I cannot find evidence of the market creator being active on the site at any point since May of last year.)
💡 I am using my moderation permissions to resolve this market on behalf of the creator. This is according to the Manifold Markets unresolved markets policy found here.

@evergreenemily Update: I was able to resolve NO now. I think I was unable to earlier because of the bugs/glitches associated with the Friday update.
