No doubt this is going to be a rocky case, and perhaps the summit for the supreme court as they climb their way up through the constitution all the way to the 14th Amendment. Normally the pace of the courts is glacial but in this case we just might see...peak justice. (Gavel slams down signifying end of the puns)
