A Delaware judge on Tuesday voided the $56 billion pay package of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, ruling that the company's board of directors failed to prove "that the compensation plan was fair."

As far as I can tell this case is still unresolved. Anybody know anything about this?

@BTE afaik, it was resolved. If the plaintiffs appealed to the Supreme Court, it doesn't matter

@MP Just checked, the Court of Chancery didn't make a decision yet.

@oh It stays open. I will only resolve once a decision is reached. I wonder what is taking them so long?
