Do co-authored books count? Regardless, I think this is pretty likely. The 4 secret projects are going to happen, Defiant is going to happen. Stormlight 5 I feel pessimistic on, but I think Horneater will happen and he'll get it out by the end of the year to make up for the delay on SA5 if that happens. Decent odds that Horneater is >50000 words.

@NathanielLovin Good question. I'll count co-authored books with just 2 writers (sanderson collaborating with just one other). Beyond that it would just be a group work really. If he sumbits a short story to a collection of stories with various other authors, it will count if his work is at least 50000 words.
